As Sports Performance Cook, I managed the daily selection of freshly baked items. This is included, but not limited to vegan and gluten free items. I also managed the salad bar, yogurt bar, deli station, and restocked all snacks. This role allowed me to expand my recipe creating skills while further developing my understanding of gluten free baking.
