ABOUT
Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on channeling my talent and creativity into meaningful dishes in a variety of settings. I spent the 2021 season as Culinary Nutrition Intern for the Boston Red Sox before accepting a job in 2022 as Sports Performance Chef for the Philadelphia Phillies. I am currently the Vice President of Performance Nutrition at Chef Adam Serota x Game Changing Fuel. I am also working as a Group Training Coach at Hyve Fitness.
My experience in sports nutrition has allowed me to gain a broader understanding of how fueling, and hydrating, can allow you to maximize your performance on a daily basis. Whether I am cooking or baking, I take pride in using health-forward ingredients, and locally sourcing such products as often as I can. I specialize in dietary needs including but not limited to vegetarian/plant-based, dairy free, and gluten free.
